On one of the hottest nights of the year we had one of the best meals we can remember! How the chef is able to produce such incredible food is little short of a miracle. The service was incredible, friendly and highly professional. It is not the cheapest restaurant in town, but worth every penny!!! Essential to book and essential to dine there if food is your thing!!read moreread less

This place is a real find, the food was absolutely outstanding possibly the best meal we’ve ever eaten. We had olives and oysters to start, followed by to small plates each to share - lobster, ceviche of wild bass, monkfish and crevettes accompanied by Fred’s spuds and aioli and courgette ribbons with citrus dressing. Dessert was Basque cheesecake - one chocolate, one pistachio. Simply divine. Definitely book as it’s a small, intimate place.

This restaurant was exceptional. I had a late lunch at around 3pm so was on my own for a bit but felt totally comfortable and relaxed in this environment. Then came the food, possibly some of the best Gambas I’ve ever eaten, so fresh and cooked to perfection. The bream Ceviche was a delight and the sides of Zucchini salad and the best roasted new potatoes in smokey paprika, continued to deliver. Finished off with a delicious basque cheesecake and very good coffee. The chef is very skilled and the service relaxed and warm. Can’t wait to go back.read moreread less

Superb cooking especially the fish dishes, amazing quality from such a small kitchen. Everything we ordered was wonderfully skillfully cooked. We've eaten at a lot of fish restaurants and this is the best by far. Even the potato side dish was fabulous. Yes it aint the cheapest but you so get what you pay for. Already booked to return.read moreread less
